create a new node

1. click to highlight parent node
2. click the + (or hold and drag the +)

edit a node

1. click to highlight node
2. double-click to edit text

move a node

1. hold finger over node until transparent
2. drag to reposition

change parent of a node

1. hold finger over node until transparent
2. drag onto new parent until parent is selected
